For my first Google docs assignment I created a report selection form.  The artist report selection form was done in Google Documents using a pre-made form.  I changed the form so that it worked for my class.  Student groups will choose an artist and write their name on the form.  Only one artist may be selected per class.  I will assign the students into groups.  The art report is a great way to bring language arts in to the art room.  ARTISTS
